Dr Eugene ong

Eugene is a colorectal surgeon based in Melbourne and holds public appointments at St Vincent’s and Austin Health. He has a diverse interest in colorectal surgery having completed fellowships in Melbourne and Brisbane Australia, Cleveland Clinic USA and Oxford UK. He is currently the director of pelvic floor surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital (Melbourne), convenes the bi-annual national inflammatory bowel disease surgical symposium, is program director of the colorectal fellowship program at St Vincent’s Hospital (Melbourne) and is involved in a number of committees including the International Continence Society and CSSANZ Training Board in Colorectal Surgery.
