Exhibitor bump in: Thursday 16 November 2023, 1.00pm - 5.00pm
Registration desk open: Friday 17 November 2023 7.30am
Conference dinner: Friday 17 November 2023 6.30pm - 9.30pm
Exhibitor bump out: Saturday 18 November 2023, 3.00pm - 4.00pm

EXHIBITION
The booth supplier for the CR-2023 Colorectal Spring Meeting is Pyramid Displays. In the coming weeks Pyramid Displays will be reaching out to the main contact for each booth to discuss specific requirements.
We are pleased to be able to let you know the restriction on bringing in custom booth suppliers has been lifted. When Pyramid Displays contact you please respond directly if you have contracted a separate supplier to discuss their bump in time and any venue related restrictions.
Please note a clothed trestle table and two chairs in included in your package, if required please confirm with Pyramid Displays.
BUMP IN
Please carefully read through the bump in instructions on page 5 of the exhibitor kit. Please note all external contractors will be required to sign in onsite.
All exhibitors are required to wear hi-vis safety vests and enclosed shoes when bumping in and out. All electrical equipment is required to be tested and tagged prior to arrival.
BUMP OUT
Please carefully read through the bump out instructions on page 7 of the exhibitor kit.
EXHIBITION HOURS
The Exhibition is in an open foyer area and will be accessible to delegates as they arrive to the conference. Please decide on your onsite hours accordingly.
LEAD MANAGEMENT
Lead management will be managed via the conference app and exhibitor portal. Please use the button below for instructions on how to appropriately set up your lead management within the exhibitor portal.
