After a decade of delivering business transformation and change management programs in government, not-for-profit and commercial organisations in England, Wales and Australia, Shannon joined QSL in 2012. A GRI-certified sustainability professional, Shannon is leading the definition of QSL’s sustainability agenda in her role as Business Development Manager. This role involves working with customers and financiers to understand market expectations as well as industry in determining how best to respond to these emerging sustainability requirements.
