Graeme Potger

Graeme Potger was appointed Head of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in 2021 to develop and drive the Qantas Group’s SAF strategy and procurement approach. This includes setting the Group’s 2030 10% SAF target, defining the contribution of SAF to the Group’s 2050 net zero emission plan and assisting in the development of innovative, SAF related corporate and consumer propositions. Graeme also established and manages the US$200m Qantas Airbus SAF Partnership which has a mandate to invest locally to catalyse a domestic SAF industry. Graeme has a background in Law, Finance and Science. Prior to this role, Graeme was Senior Advisor – Government, Industry, International and Sustainability, and was Head of Legal in Qantas’ Legal Team.
