Getting from Brisbane Airport to South Bank
Moving around South Bank and the CBDThere are several transportation options, including taxis, rideshare services and the Airtain. The Airtain offers a direct and speedy connection from the airport to the city center with South Bank a short walk from the South Brisbane Railway Station.
South Bank and the CBD are pedestrian-friendly precincts, making it easy to explore on foot, whether you're strolling along the riverfront, enjoying the local cafes and eateries, shops or cultural sites. Additionally, the CityCat ferry service provides a scenic way to move along the Brisbane River. Otherwise South Bank is well-connected by public transport, with South Brisbane Railway Station and Cultural Centre station nearby. The CBD and South Bank also feature extensive networks of public transport or the ability for rideshare pickup locations.
