Registration

You are required to register your team through the supplied exhibitor portal link by Tuesday 1 October. If you require this link to be resent, email Chloe.

Please note discounted accommodation at The Dorsett is selling quickly. Please book via the registration form as soon as possible.

The Welcome Reception and Happy Hour will be held in the exhibition hall, it is expected that your team will be present at their booths throughout this time.

Venue Information

The exhibition for AusMac2024 will be held on the ground floor in Hall 1 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).

The GCCEC requires all persons accessing the exhibition area during bump in/bump out to complete their induction prior to entering the space as it will be deemed a construction zone.

Please also make sure your company and team members are aware of the GCCEC Safety Guidelines and Traffic Management Plan

 

Freight Deliveries

If you are sending freight to the GCCEC please ensure the below delivery label is attached to all packages. Packages are to be labelled appropriately indicating if they are required for your booth or satchel packing (where applicable).


Freight for Satchel Packing

Gold and Silver sponsors as well as those who purchased a satchel insert package are required to send their one (1) promotional item to the GCCEC prior to COB Monday 28 October 2024. Items not received by the GCCEC on Monday 28 October will not be included within the satchel.

Please supply 450 units.

Please clearly indicate on the delivery label that the package is for satchel packing.

Please email Chloe noting the item you are sending to be included within the satchel.

Exhibitor Services at the GCCEC

Exhibitors can order venue related services including food and beverage, stand cleaning, data and technology and banner rigging through the GCCEC Exhibitor Services Team exhibitorservices@gccec.com.au

Please note: The Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre has sole catering rights to all food and beverage served on the premises. Exhibitors are not permitted to supply their own catering, including branded water and lollies unless prior approval has been granted by GCCEC.


Exhibitor Storage

Exhibitor storage is located onsite in the Hall 1 loading bay. Freight will be stored in this location when received from Monday 28th October 2024.

 

Parking
Parking at the GCCEC is $15.00 per day. Parking under 30 minutes is free.  The GCCEC has an undercover car park with a height limitation of 2.1m and includes 2 EV chargers. Pre-booked parking is not available.

 

Truck Parking
There is no dedicated truck parking at the GCCEC, if you require truck parking please contact Chloe from Iceberg Events.

 

Exhibition Supplier

The exhibition supplier for AusMac is Barlens. Rikki McKeeman from Barlens will be reaching out in due course to discuss your exhibition booth.

Your package includes (excluding machinery spaces and custom booths such as the Expresso Zone and Juice Bar):

  • FOGA booth structure (size indicated on floor plan)
  • Fascia
  • Lights
  • Power

Please note furniture is not included within your package, furniture can be order through Barlens.

If you are using an external booth supplier, please contact Chloe from Iceberg Events.

 

Bump In

Tuesday 29 October
12.00pm – 5.00pm

Please note your team will be required to wear hi-vis and closed in footwear during bump in. This will not be supplied by the venue or conference organisers.

Please note machinery sponsors will have differing bump in times prior to 10.00am dependent on location within the exhibition.

 

Bump Out

Thursday 31 October
3.00pm – 5.00pm

Please note your team will be required to wear hi-vis and closed in footwear during bump out. Your team will be responsible for supplying their own equipment to package all items. Once packaged all items must be labeled with outgoing courier consignment notes. Note: the venue and/or organisers will not sign consignment notes on your behalf, therefore these must be completed prior to your departure from the venue. All couriers must be arranged by the exhibitor and at the exhibitor’s expense.

Note: machinery sponsors will have differing bump out times dependent on location within the exhibition.

All exhibitors must bump out prior to the commencement of the Gala Dinner at 7.30pm.

 

Exhibition Hours

The exhibition will be accessible to delegates during the following hours:

Tuesday 29 October
6.00pm – 8.00pm

Wednesday 30 October
8.00am – 6.00pm

Thursday 31 October
8.00am – 3.00pm

 

Lead Management

Lead management will be managed via the conference app and exhibitor portal. Please use the button below to access instructions on how to appropriately set up your lead management within the exhibitor portal.

Once onsite team members who were registered through the exhibitor portal will be able to scan delegate QR codes located on their name badges to capture their details.

Lead Management

Please note an exhibitor passport competition will be held to encourage delegates to visit each exhibitor booth. Please ensure that you scan each delegates QR code when they visit your booth. The prize for this competition will be supplied by the conference.

Fork Lifting

Fork lifting services will commence from 9am – 1pm on Tuesday 29 October, if you require fork lifting services please email Chloe to book in your time slot.
