The Welcome Reception is the opening event of the conference and the first networking opportunity for delegates. 

Exposure on Promotional Material

• Your company logo, a 100-word profile and with a link to your company’s home page will be promoted on the conference website from the time the sponsorship payment is received.
• Onsite branding (one freestanding banner) to be prominently displayed at the conference welcome reception (to be supplied by the sponsor).
• Opportunity to provide an insert in the delegate satchel.
• Opportunity to provide a lucky door prize (supplied by the sponsor) at the conference welcome reception.
• Sponsor logo on PowerPoint slide displayed during the conference breaks.
• Acknowledgement as Welcome Reception Sponsor by MC at the reception.
• Opportunity for company representative to address the delegates (2 minutes maximum) at the commencement of Welcome Reception.

Complimentary Registrations

• One (1) complimentary full conference registration 
• Four (4) complimentary tickets to the conference welcome reception.
  
• Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent).
• Dinner tickets on the Tuesday night are not included with this package. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to purchase tickets separately, with discounts for tables of 10.
