Site Visits on the afternoon of Monday 21 October and Wednesday 23 October are included in Full Registrations. Delegates with Full Registration will be sent a form to select their preferred site visit(s), with the form distributed in the order registrations were completed. Please note spots on the site visits are limited.
The visits provide insight into the varying nature of work and issues facing employers, employees and health professionals.

About the visit:
Aviation - This will be led by Head of Engineering in hangers 1 and 2. Information will be given about our fleet, and what each aircraft is used for.
Medical / Clinical - This will be led by our Head of Nursing who will take the group into our medical and clinical area and explain the space and brief
Regional Operation Centre (ROC) - A unique look into our 24 hour a day operation centre. This will be led by our Head of Logistics and Business Continuity.
Meeting point: Lobby, Rendezvous Hotel
Capacity limit: 15 people/visit
Time: Meet at 1.30pm for a prompt departure
Transport: Return coach transfer will be provided from Rendezvous Hotel
Duration: Formal tour is approximately 60 minutes.

Echo Marine Group is a custom superyacht manufacturer and a refit, maintenance, and repair specialist. Our site offers a unique insight into the challenges of offering return-to-work programs to injured workers. Our site is a multi-level one where the different levels can only be accessed via stairs. Capacity limit: 15 people/visit
Time: Meet at 1.30pm for a prompt departure

Clothing or safety requirements: Long pants and enclosed shoes.
Safety equipment provide at the venue: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection and a high-vis vest.

We will walk through our production hall, and if we are able to provide PPE, we will take you onboard one of the vessels under construction.

Capacity limit: 10 people/visit
Time: Meet at 1.30pm for a prompt departure
Transport: Return coach transfer will be provided from Rendezvous Hotel
Duration: Formal tour is approximately 1 hour
Clothing or safety requirements: long sleeve shirt, trousers and enclosed shoes (steel capped safety boots encouraged to tour onboard the vessel) - no skirts or tights.
Safety equipment provide at the venue: hard hats, safety glasses, hi vis vests and safety boots (only if correct sizes available, please wear your own if able)
