Acknowledging the importance of mentally healthy workplaces, ASM 2024 will continue to feature a Chill & Recharge Space, which provides a unique opportunity for an organisation to sponsor the Charging Station, complete with company branding.

We will provide:

• An area for delegates to sit and relax with comfortable furniture and a charging station for devices

Sponsorship Entitlements:

• Exclusive branding of the Charging Station for the duration of the conference
• One (1) complimentary full conference registration (includes all catering breaks)
• Dinner tickets on the Tuesday night are not included with this package. Chill & Recharge Sponsor will have the opportunity to purchase tickets separately, with discounts for tables of 10.
• Acknowledgement and company logo on all conference collateral in association with the Chill & Recharge Space including website, newsletters, conference app and social media
• Option for other information giveaways*
