All exhibitors will have access to their booth from 7.30am on Friday 7 August for set up.
All booths must be completed by 11.00am on Friday 8 August for the commencement of morning tea.
The exhibition will be open to delegates from 11.10am on Friday 7 August, until the conclusion of afternoon tea at 3.30pm on Saturday 8 August.
All booths must be vacated by 4.30pm as they will be dismantled by the exhibition supplier following this time.
Moreton Hire are the appointed exhibition supplier and look forward to meeting your booth and equipment needs.
Exhibition booths include:
Power – 1 x single 4-amp power outlet per stand
Lighting – track lighting on fascia side of booth
Signage – all open aisle frontages will have a polished aluminium fascia sign
Furniture – Not included. Any additional furniture can be ordered through Moreton Hire.
All goods being delivered to Nyaal Banyul must have an incoming delivery docket attached. Items without this delivery docket will not be accepted.
Please arrange for a courier to collect your items from the loading dock by no later than COB Monday 10 August 2026. All items to be collected should be left in your booth with your organisation’s delivery docket as well as a signed consignment note for your courier company attached to each item (the venue will not sign consignment notes on your behalf, therefore these must be completed prior to your departure from the venue).

Lead Capture App
All exhibitors will have access to our lead management system through the attendee app. Download details will be emailed out to all attendees.
All delegates will have a contact QR code on their name tag and app (under the contact QR code tab). As a way of exchanging details with the attendees, exhibitors can utilise the "Scan Leads" tab in the app to scan delegate QR codes.
From here, all your leads will be automatically stored in the exhibition portal. At the conclusion of the event, Iceberg Events will email you your leads report.
