Accommodation Bookings
Accommodation is not included in your registration fee and can be purchased through the registration form at the conference rate.
To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: mika@icebergevents.com.au – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 5 August, out 11 August 2026) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please contact Iceberg Events to check if there are any cost differences advised by the hotel. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties.
Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed. If payment for bookings has not been received 30 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released.
Accommodation Cancellations
Must be made in writing to Iceberg Events prior to 2 July 2026. Refunds will not be made on cancellations after Monday 2 July 2026 due to group booking policies. Substitutes are welcome.
