Keynote Session Sponsor 

Two opportunities exist to exclusively sponsor a keynote speaker for the SFT-24 Conference. Opportunity for your company representative to introduce the sponsored keynote for their session. Logo acknowledgment across all conference collateral where the sponsored keynote speaker is mentioned.

Recognition as a Keynote Speaker Sponsor:

• Opportunity to provide 1 x free-standing banner to appear on stage during sponsored keynote session.
• Opportunity for your company representative to introduce the sponsored keynote (up to 2 minutes).

Premier Listing of Keynote Speaker Sponsor Logo on:

• Sponsor logo to appear on sponsored keynote speaker’s profile on the conference website.
• Sponsor logo to appear next to sponsored keynote session on the conference program.
• All conference promotional literature and media releases.
• Acknowledgement in conference promotional e-newsletters.
• Sponsor logo and corporate message to appear on the conference app and conference website, including links.

Trade Display:

• Opportunity to display in the trade area for the event.
• One (1) x 3m pod, including fascia, lighting, power and one (1) clothed trestle table and two (2) x chairs.

Corporate Signage:

• Display of Keynote Speaker Sponsor logo on PowerPoint for introductory of sponsored keynote speaker.
• Display of Keynote Speaker Sponsor logo on sponsor PowerPoint scroll between sessions.

Acknowledgement of Keynote Session Sponsor:

• Acknowledgement by MC during the opening & closing address.
• All Keynote Speaker Sponsors to be clearly identified as a sponsor on their name badge.

Access & Attendance List:

• Delegate list (name, position, organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference.

Sponsor Entitlements:

• One conference registration, where registration includes attendance at plenary and concurrent sessions, and conference dinner.
• Extra exhibitor rate available for any additional exhibitor registrations (up to 2 only).
