Rachael is an Occupational Therapist with the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (VPRS) within the Royal Children’s Hospital. Rachael earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice (MOT) from La Trobe University, graduating in 2017. Since 2019, Rachael has worked in paediatric brain injury across acute and rehabilitation caseloads with a strong interest in evidence based assessment and management of severe brain injury, particularly during post-traumatic amnesia. At VPRS, Rachael has played a key role in the Concussion Working Group, shaping Occupational Therapy practice to target the functional needs of patients presenting with chronic post-concussive symptoms.
