My name is Kate McLeod. I graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. I completed a new graduate year at Nambour General Hospital in 2011 and then transferred to the Mater Children’s Hospital in 2012. In 2014, I transferred to the Queensland Children’s Hospital, where I continue to work with the Queensland Paediatric Rehabilitation Service. I have worked as a paediatric physiotherapist for over 10 years in a wide range of hospital and community settings. I have experience working in a variety of caseloads including rehabilitation, neurodevelopmental, orthopaedics and respiratory. In addition, I am in the process of completing a PhD in active motor learning for young children with bilateral cerebral palsy.
