Gai Lovell is the Service Manager for HNEkidsRehab, one of the three tertiary level paediatric rehabilitation services in New South Wales, based in Newcastle. With over thirty years of experience as a paediatric occupational therapist, Gai has dedicated her career to providing holistic care for children with diverse needs. She is passionate about advocating for equity of access for people with disabilities, which has been a central focus of her work. Gai emphasises collaboration with NSW Paediatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) to enhance care delivery. She champions the amazing work of the multi-disciplinary team, recognising the importance of coordinated, family-centred care in achieving optimal outcomes for children with complex rehabilitation needs.
