Dr Chelsea Mobbs is a lecturer and researcher in the new physiotherapy program at University of Southern Queensland, and co-owns and practices in Little Seeds Allied Health, a multidisciplinary allied health practice in Toowoomba. Chelsea's PhD was awarded in 2023, titled 'Preterm infants and participation: Insights into conceptualisation, assessment and intervention'.
