Nadia saeed

Nadia is a 24 year old youth leader in her final year of a Bachelors of Human Services at QUT. Nadia is employed at the Islamic Women’s Association of Australia (IWAA) as the Community Development & Youth Projects Program Coordinator. As well as also coordinating the R4Respect DFV Prevention Program at YFS. Outside of work and University, Nadia volunteers her time with numerous organisations at state and national government levels. Nadia is one of the co-founders of QMI (Queensland Muslims Inc). Since 2019, Nadia Saeed has been the Australian Youth Delegate of The World Muslim Communities Council Conference in Abu Dhabi. Nadia has received a number of awards such as the Ministers Multicultural Award for 2019 and Australian Muslim Youth of the Year for 2019. In 2022 Nadia was also awarded the Jack Cranston Mediation scholarship for outstanding community leadership.
