Lucy Gregory is the CEO of the Domestic Violence Prevention Centre (DVPC) on the Gold Coast. Lucy re-joined DVPC this year after 10 years in Victoria, undertaking leadership roles as diverse as Senior Advisor to Rosie Batty as the inaugural Chair of the Victim Survivors Advisory Council, Manager of the first The Orange Door in Victoria, and assisting victim survivors to participate in the Royal Commission into Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse.
Lucy has focused on domestic and family violence and sexual assault reform for more than 15 years, undertaking sector leadership roles in the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and Victoria.
Most recently Lucy was Manager of the Operational Guidance Team at Family Safety Victoria, leading the state-wide operational and practice guidance for The Orange Door Networks in Victoria. Her former role in the Queensland sector was with DVPC in 2011 as coordinator for the pioneering Gold Coast Domestic Violence Integrated Response, which last year marked its 25th anniversary.
