Operating in the family, domestic violence and criminal law space, we have over 40 years of combined experience in family and domestic violence law. Our staff are from diverse walks of life with a wealth of backgrounds to draw from – Emma worked previously in hospitality, aged care, and the public trustee. She has worked in private legal practice for over 25 years and currently enjoys part time roles with the Office of the Chief Inspector and the Parole Board of Queensland. Mark is former Australian Army and Queensland Police Service. Emma and Mark are part of the Operational Working Group for the Brisbane Magistrates Court Specialist Domestic Violence Court roll out and regularly act as Domestic Violence Duty Lawyers for aggrieved people.
