Caroline - casework coordinator

Caroline works at the Immigrant Women’s Support Service (IWSS) as acting Casework Coordinator; she has been at IWSS for over 20 years. IWSS is a specialist domestic violence and sexual assault service assisting women of non-English speaking backgrounds and their children. Caroline currently mentors the Service Delivery Team from different professional streams: social workers, counsellors, and human service workers. Caroline has worked in child protection in Australia, she also has worked overseas in the areas of Drug Rehabilitation. Her educational qualifications are Bachelor Psychology and Commerce & Master of Social Work.
