**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**

Registration: Registration fees for the 2nd Focus Colloquium on Space Life Sciences and Health 2023 are being charged in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. By completing your registration you have confirmed your attendance at the Focus Colloquium and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.

Privacy: ASAM and/or the Focus Colloquium Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the Second Focus Colloquium on Space Life Sciences and Health 2023. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance to these terms. We will treat your information with respect. 

Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to 30 May 2023 will be refunded less a $99 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 30 May 2023 will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome.

Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Focus Colloquium Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Focus Colloquium Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of registered delegates of the 2nd Focus Colloquium on Space Life Sciences and Health 2023. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
