Special accommodation rates are available for delegates of the AAAA Convention 2025. Bookings at this discounted rate are only available through the online registration form. 

Any bookings outside of the convention dates will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please email the Iceberg Events team as soon as possible. 

Run of House Guest Rooms are a mix of king and twin configurations allocated based on hotel availability. To guarantee a specific room type please contact Iceberg Events.

JW Marriot Gold Coast offers guest two levels of car parks located beneath the hotel. Pay stations are located in the card park for ease of payment prior to departure. Note: The car park height is a maximum of height restriction of 1.95cm.
