Review Criteria

All abstracts received will be reviewed and then selected by the Conference Committee.

 

Criteria 1 – Clarity of Purpose and alignment

Abstract submitted must have a clear design/context, presentation/process, analysis and outcomes

  • provides a clear and concise key learning outcome
  • articulates the specific global challenges being addressed and how local actions play a pivotal role
  • clearly describes what is being presented.

Criteria 2 – Originality and Innovation

  • provides original ideas and innovative approaches with links to the theme and learning content
  • is technically sound and exhibits a high level of expertise
  • presents information that is evidence based, relevant and contemporary.


Criteria 3 – Conference Relevance

  • aligns with the conference theme: Spark, create, excel – think global, act local
  • will engage and inspire conference attendees
  • will appeal to a diverse audience from different contexts.
