This webpage contains important information for confirmed SFT-24 Exhibitors

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Register exhibitor staff: Friday 1 November 2024
Exhibitor Bump-In: Thursday 14 November, from 6.30am – 8.30am
Exhibition Times:
Thursday 14 November, from 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday 15 November, from 8.30am - 1.15pm
Exhibitor Bump-Out: exhibitors can discreetly start bumping-out after afternoon tea on Friday. Please note the conference is still in session until 4.30pm

VENUE INFORMATION

The SFT-24 exhibition will be held in the Boulevard Auditorium Foyer on the Boulevard Level of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Access to the Boulevard level is via BCEC's Grey St entrance.

BOOTH ALLOCATION, BUMP-IN & BUMP-OUT

Booth Set Up
All exhibitors will have access to their booth from 6.30am on Thursday 14 November for set up. All booths must be completed by 8.30am on Thursday 14 November.

Booth Pack Down
All exhibitors can discreetly start bumping-out after afternoon tea at 2.30pm on Friday. Please note the conference is still in session until 4.30pm.

All booths must be vacated by 5.00pm as they will be dismantled by the exhibition supplier following this time. 

EXHIBITION SUPPLIER

Expo Event Services (EES) are the appointed exhibition supplier and look forward to meeting your booth and equipment needs.

If you have any questions regarding your booth or would like to order any additional furniture or AV, please contact EES directly:

Exhibition booths include:
Power – 1 x single 4-amp power outlet per stand
Lighting – track lighting on fascia side of booth
Signage – all open aisle frontages will have a polished aluminium fascia sign
Furniture – 1 x clothed trestle table and 2 x chairs

DELIVERY INFORMATION – PRE-CONFERENCE

All goods being delivered to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre must have an incoming delivery docket attached. Items without this delivery docket will not be accepted.

Please notify katie@icebergevents.com.au if you will be delivering any items to the venue so they can be tracked.

COLLECTION INFORMATION – POST-CONFERENCE

Exhibitor goods must be collected at the time of move out or the next business day. All goods must be accompanied with a completed consignment note. 

REGISTRATION

As part of your package, you are entitled to one (1) complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at plenary and concurrent sessions, and conference social function. If you have not already done so, please advise who your booth representatives will be by emailing mika@icebergevents.com.au with the following:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Dietary or other requirements
  • Position
  • Organisation

INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

As part of your entitlements, you have the opportunity to provide a 3-minute speech in the plenary session of the program. If you have not already done so, advise the full name and position of this representative to Mika on mika@icebergevents.com.au

CONFERENCE APP

SFT-24 will be using a conference app for delegate lead capture. You will be emailed further instructions on this closer to the conference.

24th Successes and Failures in Telehealth Conference (SFT-24) will be held from 13-15 November 2024 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
