Technical Tours
Please note: both technical tours on Monday afternoon (Orange Sports Precinct and Orange Adventure Playground) will be self driving tours. Ample parking is available at both locations.
If you select to attend the Orange FOGO tour or the Orange Stormwater Harvesting Scheme tour on Tuesday morning you will be required to meet at the Ex-Services Club for a 8.15am departure on a coach.
Note: due to the requirement of a coach the Tuesday technical tours will have a limited number of participants.
Stephen Yarwood's Masterclass
One of our keynote presenters, Stephen Yarwood, is leading a masterclass workshop on Monday, 11 May 2026, from 1:30 PM to 2:55 PM.
The session will explore how artificial intelligence can be applied to planning for open space and recreational facilities.
Places are strictly limited and require registration prior to arrival. Participants in the workshop will be required to complete pre-workshop reading prior to arrival.

The Industry Drinks will be held in the trade exhibition from 5.00pm-6.30pm on the evening of Monday 11 May. Please indicate if you will be attending below.
Dinner - Monday 11 May
After the Industry Drinks conclude at 6.30pm on Monday 11 May in the exhibition, delegates will be free to explore Orange for dinner at their own leisure.
We have curated a short list of restaurants that will be open and have availability for large groups. A printed list of restaurant preferences will be displayed at the Welcome Reception for delegates to view.
If you have a preference of restaurant we highly recommend you make a booking ahead of time.
For more information on each restaurant please refer to the 'Restaurants in Orange' webpage on the conference website.
