In 2026 attendees will have the option to opt in to receive a Hawaiian shirt as their delegate gift to wear to the Hawaiian themed conference dinner on Thursday evening.

  • The option to attend a tour of Shark Bay in Sea World on Thursday 5 March
  • The option to attend the Women in IHEA Breakfast on Friday 6 March

Social Functions

Pre-Conference Social Drinks

The Pre-Conference Social Drinks is a casual stand up affair and a chance for delegates to catch up and socialise prior to the official conference program beginning.

Each attendee will be entitled to one drink ticket.

Technical Tours

Technical Tours are included for all full registrations, please indicate your preferred technical tour below. Please note technical tour sizes are strictly limited.

If your preferred technical tour has reached capacity you will not be able to select this tour. In this instance, select your next preferred tour and email Amy at amy@icebergevents.com.au requesting to be placed on a waitlist for your preferred tour at the completion of your registration.

Shark Bay Tour

Join your colleagues for an exclusive IHEA tour of Shark Bay. Learn about the tropical fish, rays and other ocean dwellers in the tropical reef lagoon. This tour is only open to registered attendees and will be held before the theme park opens.
