As the Welcome Gift Sponsor, you can provide delegates with a welcome gift of your choice upon their arrival at the venue. This unique offer provides excellent exposure as it will make your organisation a constant presence for the duration of the Retreat and beyond.

Our 2024 Welcome Gifts will be placed in a branded satchel (sponsor and FLPA logos) and handed out at the registration desk, to ensure even distribution.

Branding opportunities

• Welcome gift will be promoted within the official program as being sponsored by your organisation.

• Your company logo, a 100-word profile and with a link to your company’s home page will be promoted on the Retreat website from the time the sponsorship payment is received (acknowledged as Welcome Gift Sponsor).

• Sponsor logo on slide displayed during the Retreat recess.

• Acknowledgement as the Welcome Gift Sponsor at the Retreat.

• Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent).
