Join us for the 6th Food Allergen Management Symposium (FAMS) from May 20 – May 22, 2025, a three-day event you won't want to miss.  FAMS 2025 promises to feature an impressive lineup of experts from the global food allergen management community, offering a platform to share insights, exchange ideas, discuss the latest research, and strengthen professional relationships.

The conference starts with a day of  interactive workshops tackling the challenges faced both by consumers with food allergy, and providers of their food. The first day of workshops is followed by two days of FAMS conference sessions, delivering the latest allergen management developments from industry, scientific advances from clinical allergen experts, academia, and updates in the regulatory arena.  The conference ends with an interactive panel discussion honing in on key initiatives for the future.

What sets FAMS apart from similar conferences is its diverse gathering of stakeholders. Clinicians and researchers to professionals in the food industry, healthcare, and hospitality, as well as consumers advocates, come together united with the common goal of supporting individuals with food allergies.
