Exhibitor Guidelines

Important Deadlines

Exhibitors will have access to their area from 1.00pm on Sunday 25 August 2024 for set up. 

All Exhibitor stands must be completed by 4.00pm on Sunday 25 August.

We recommend exhibitors hand carry their stock from the car park to their booth space on the day of bump in. Exhibitors can park in the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre carpark for the duration of the conference. Alternatively, there is a loading zone located at the Grey Street entrance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre for quick drop offs.

Please note Delegates will be arriving to the exhibition area for the Welcome Reception from 5.00pm.

Exhibitors may bump out following the afternoon tea break at 3.30pm Wednesday 28 August. 

All exhibitors must be vacated by 5.00pm on Wednesday 28 August.

Single – 3m x 3m | Double 6m x 3m

Provided furniture – Rectangular Trestle Table + 2 chairs – (Table dimensions 1.8m x 0.9m) 

Power – 1 x 4-amp power outlet

Lighting – Lights fixed to the inside front fascia.

Digital print fascia, polished aluminium frame, 300mm deep on all aisle frontages.

Anything outside of the above specifications is to be arranged at the exhibitor’s own expense.

Exhibition Contractor - Exponet

Exponet are the appointed exhibition contractor. They can assist you with custom stand design or upgrades and alternative hire of furniture, floors, plants and audio-visual equipment, extra power or lighting.
