Registration Terms and Conditions
**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**
Registration: Registration fees for the ASCI Supply Chain Sustainability Series 2024 are being charged in Australian Dollars and includes all taxes. By completing your registration you have confirmed your attendance at the conference and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.
Registration Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events 60 days prior to your registered event and will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received within 60 days of your registered event will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome.
The ASCI Conference Organising Team is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with cancellation of the conference or inability to attend due to government restrictions or illness. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances.
Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure. The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Privacy: ASCI and/or the event organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the conference. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance to these terms. Your details (first name, last name, position and organisation only) will also be shared with conference sponsors. You can choose to opt out of this within the registration form.
