28 March 2025 - The Avalon Australian International Airshow *please note that the Airshow tickets will only be available via Iceberg Events until 30 Jan. 
29 March 2025 - Saturday Education Sessions, RACV City Club Melbourne

Registration includes:

  • attendance at education sessions on Saturday 29 March at the RACV City Club, Melbourne
  • day catering
  • one ticket to the cocktail function (Saturday 29 March)

*Tickets to the following can be purchased separately:

  • Gold Pass tickets to the Avalon Australian International Airshow (Friday 28 March) *only available via Iceberg Events until 30 Jan. 
  • coach transfers to and from the Avalon Airshow (Friday 28 March)
  • additional tickets to the cocktail function (Saturday 29 March)

The purchasing window for Gold Pass tickets through Iceberg Events has now closed.

If you'd still like to attend the airshow, please purchase your tickets directly from the official Airshow website.

Special accommodation rates are available to delegates of the Airshow Meeting at the RACV City Club Melbourne. Bookings at these discounted rates are only available through the online registration form.
 
All prices outlined below are listed in Australian Dollars.

We encourage booking accommodation early as this is a very busy period in Melbourne.
