Clinicopathologic Correlations: Case Reviews

Presentation Description

Interesting and instructive cases encountered in routine practice will be presented by a clinician and pathologist. The clinical presentation, diagnostic pathway with pathology findings, treatment plan and main teaching points will be discussed. Audience questions and discussion is encouraged.

Resources

Delegates are welcome to submit cases for consideration for discussion. A full clinical history with clinical photographs – to be presented on the day by the submitting delegate - and access to the histology slides and report, together with written patient consent must be submitted no later than 1st October. 

Biography

Dr Karen Talia is an anatomical pathologist with expertise in gynaecological pathology at The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. She is involved in teaching and mentoring trainees and collaborates in research with local and international pathologists. She serves as an Associate Editor for the journals Pathology and the International Journal of Gynecological Pathology
