Full 3 Day Conference - Patient Group Observer / Student

In order to qualify for the discounted student rate, you must be a FULL-TIME student in any discipline; physician in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year clinical fellowship, or scientist in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year post-doctoral traineeship. 

You are required to upload a document from your university confirming your full-time student status below.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in your registration fee and can be purchased through this registration form at the conference rate.

To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: mika@icebergevents.com.au – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 5 August, out 11 August 2026) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please  contact Iceberg Events to check if there are any cost differences advised by the hotel.
